I can't access my account to accept my offer

Looks like the portal is playing hard-to-get! 

If you’ve never logged into the student portal before, check your inbox for an acknowledgement email from us—it contains your user ID and instructions.

You’ll need to create a password by visiting our password reset page and following the steps in the email.

Once you’ve set your password, you can log in, manage your details and accept your offer.

If those steps aren’t unlocking the digital doors, could you let me know what exactly is stopping you by emailing your details to enquiries@cwa.ac.uk.
