Can't get onto the student portal

It sounds like the Student Portal is playing hard to get—don’t worry, I’ve got the digital keys! Here’s a checklist to get you logged in:

1. Right Link, Right Place:
Make sure you’re using the correct portal link:
Student Portal (for current students)
Student Portal for Applicants/Parents (for applicants or if you’ve been given access as a parent/guardian)
You will need to create a password to log in to the student portal. To do this, go to our password reset page and follow the instructions in your acknowledgement email (you will need your user ID listed in the email).

2. Username and Password:
Students: Use your college username or email address and your password.
Parents/Guardians: If you’ve been given access, you’ll need the user ID and email that was sent to you.

3. Forgotten Password?
No worries—it happens to the best of us! You can reset it here: Password Reset Portal

4. First-Time User?
Applicants and parents who haven’t logged in before: Enter your user ID and the email address we sent you, then follow the instructions to set a password.
If you try all that and still can’t log in, take a peek at your email for any messages from us with login details or instructions—it might be hiding in your inbox like a shy squirrel.
